I live out of town and called Mark after being given his number from an Assited Living facility which had no openings. Mark listened to me and asked me all of the necessary questions to find the perfect place for my 92 yr old aunt. We spoke at length over the phone, then Mark sent me a few places he felt would meet my aunt's needs. Mark was very patient and knows what he is doing. Since I live out of town, Mark met with another family member to tour memory care facility and it turned out to be a perfect fit for my aunt. After an assessment, my husband was found to be no longer appropriate for assisted living. Mark was absolutely the best at suggesting skilled nursing facilities in the area, although it's not his primary focus. Lisa explained to me that Mark is a man who helps families find facilities for their loved ones. When I called Mark, he was nothing but friendly and professional. He was actually on his way to a family vacation when I called and his sweet wife took notes as he drove. He asked exactly what I was looking for for my Grandfather as well as our budget, insurance, etc.  Mark got back in less than 24 hours with options for my family and I am grateful that he went out of his way to help us.
